I went to the complex office again to tell them my AC is out and my stove is on the fritz. Guy comes by, looks at the thermostat, basically shrugged then looked at my circuit breaker, flipped it, shutting off all my power including my computer, then left.

Apparently something is wrong with the actual unit (no shit) and he’s going to be back at 7 am to look at it properly because it’s after 5 pm.

Well at least that’s actually getting looked at.
