True story: I started this as soon as I got it, then my computer had a spasm and I lost it all and promptly wanted to die. So I crawled in a hole for a while and forgot all about it.
Anyway, I figure maybe I need to do this more when I feel crappy than I do when I feel fine so here I am.
1. I can write pretty well. When I actually sit down and do it that is. But yeah, I can write decent. I’ve made people cry, so there’s that.
2. I can bake pretty decent. I made the grooms cake for my mom’s wedding and people loved it. And I’m still trying to improve.
3. My fur babies seem to like me. So I’m a decent pet-owner.
4. I don’t give up, unless not giving up is really unhealthy for me. I graduated with my bachelors 5 years ago and I still haven’t given up on going to grad school.
5. I’m decently self aware. As bad as this last stint of depression has been, I’ve caught myself engaging in fewer unhealthy behaviors. I’ve been trying to eat better and sleep more and I haven’t touched alcohol. So getting better. That’s a good thing for the list.
