i was trying to make my friend a bday cake but the dye on the decorative icing started leaking and dripping everywhere so it accidentally became the most ominous and violent looking baked good ive ever seen…… i slapped on some sprinkles to try and make it less threatening looking. it worked a little bit.
If you look at the ingredients list and it’s a bunch of words you don’t even know… neither does your body (x)
Just like if you break apples and grapefruit down into their chemical components, I’m willing to bet that most people wouldn’t recognize the “ingredients” either. It’s a bunch of words you don’t even know:

Don’t use these scare tactics – Chemicals aren’t inherently bad. Literally everything is made up chemicals. Trust me, your body knows what niacin is. It knows how to digest fructose and calcium sulfate. Even if you only consume the most basic and “real” foods that are pulled directly off the vine, you’re still ingesting a series of chemical compounds that you probably can’t pronounce. That’s okay.
“If you can’t pronounce it, it’s bad for you” is literally the worst pseudo-scientific scaremongering bullshit tactic. I hate it so much.
I’m pretty sure you can pronounce “arsenic”, but that doesn’t change the fact that arsenic is highly toxic. On the other hand, you couldn’t pronounce “cycloadenosine monophosphate” or “nicotine-amide-dinucleotide-phosphate”, though both of them serve vital roles in human biochemistry and you would die if your body wouldn’t produce them.
Cyanide: Easy to pronounce, very bad for you.
Eicosapentaenoic acid: Difficult to pronounce, very good for you.
It’s more important to know what the chemicals are and why they’re in there. Anti-intellectualism helps no one.
I’m gonna keep reblogging this until my knuckles fall off.
This is especially hilarious because grapefruit is well known for being dangerous for some people because of how it can interact with certain medications. Do fruit loops do that?
“Poison is in everything, and no thing is without poison. The dosage makes it either a poison or a remedy.” – Paracelsus
“Ingredients: Poison”
Well, I can pronounce that, so it must be safe.
This is straight-up some anti-vaxx bullshit in disguise. Amanita mushrooms are 100% natural you dipwads, dig right in while I’m eating those nasty-lookin Froot Loops.
‘any questions’
yeah what the fuck
One of these days I am going to get very drunk and either go on a 30 page long rant about the Return MFU movie OR I’m going to rewrite it. Or both.
Documents show that Southaven officers went to the wrong house to serve a warrant on Monday, which resulted in the shooting death of a man who did not have any active warrants out for his arrest.
Officers missed their target by 36 feet.
Those 36 feet made all the difference to Ismael Lopez and his wife.
Officers said Lopez came to the door pointing a gun at them. Those officers claim to have asked Lopez multiple times to drop the gun before they started shooting.
But, neighbors said they didn’t hear anything like that.
“I didn’t hear yelling,” neighbor Nicholas Tramel said.
Tramel’s room is right next to the Lopez home. He said he never heard police tell Lopez to put his rifle down.
So, police officers literally just killed an innocent man, who has never done anything wrong , they also probably lied about the incident. Just another normal day in America. Will his family ever get the justice? Probably not. And what’s even more devastating is that media decided to stay silent about this case. Totally innocent man was killed by the police officers, who didn’t bother to check everything before shooting a person and everybody remain silent. I’m done.
THOSE WERE ONLY A COUPLE OF INCIDENTS YOU ASSHOLE! Compared to the MAAAANY terrorist attacks by radical muslims
Wow. Can we just appreciate this cognitive dissonance here. “Only a couple of incidents” versus ‘many attacks by radical Muslims’
Like, they aren’t even denying that pro-lifers have blown up clinics but it’s different because it supposedly happened less times within the US than attacks by radical Muslim extremists.
I’m not sure why you said “supposedly” when it is less.
According to statistics gathered by the National Abortion Federation (NAF), an organization of abortion providers, since 1977 in the United States and Canada, there have been 17 attempted murders, 383 death threats, 153 incidents of assault or battery, 13 wounded,[12] 100 butyric acidstink bomb attacks, 373 physical invasions, 41 bombings, 655 anthrax threats,[13] and 3 kidnappings committed against abortion providers.
Meanwhile, between 1970 and today there have been a grand total of 13 terrorist attacks by Muslim extremists within the US and 8 in Canada.
So, even if you only count the terrorist attacks in which damage was done. You’re looking at 587 successful terrorist attacks from pro-lifers (not included death and anthrax threats) and 21 terrorist attacks from extreme Muslim fundamentalists.
That is why supposedly is there.
Pro-lifers are quantitatively, significantly, statistically, a larger threat to public peace than Muslim extremists.
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK:
Pro-lifers are quantitatively, significantly, statistically, a larger threat to public peace than Muslim extremists.
