I just watched two of Pop Culture Detective’s videos on misogyny and hyper masculinity in the BBT and holy shit. I knew that show was bad and unfunny but I have no words for how terrible it truly is. Until I watched these videos I hadn’t seen enough of BBT to understand how absolutely awful the sexism is. And it’s played for laughs? Just…Holy shit I have no words.
