Please help my cat, Paccino

We took him to the vet yesterday (4/23/18) because he was acting lethargic + not eating + in pain and my mom spent her last $200 on an xray. the x-ray showed his intestines were swollen but the vet doesn’t know what’s causing it and gave paccino medicine for the stomach pain, fluids from the IV because he was dehydrated, and said if he gets worse we need to bring him back for an ultrasound to determine the next treatment.

He is getting worse (lethargy, shifting constantly bc of pain, etc) and the ultrasound is $250 and we only have $5 left after the $200 we paid.

If anyone has any resources for pet medical bills assistance I would appreciate it so so much.
