Because my health insurance is crap and I can’t afford anything, I’ve been putting off my monthly breast checks for over a year, because I was terrified of finding something and not being able to do anything about it. It’s especially bad because there’s breast cancer on both sides of my family.
Well I finally told myself to suck it up and do it, so I felt myself up today, and didn’t find anything.
Now if only I can get up the courage to actually get myself checked out by a professional, if only to get my insurance company and my mom to stop bugging me about it.
